Our Payment Policy
Though patients remain responsible for all costs incurred during all procedures, we will submit the accounts to the patient’s medical aid on their behalf.
Please note that most medical aids require photographs and special referral letters from a referral doctor before a treatment is approved. Where possible the clinic will submit these requirements to the medical aids on behalf of the patients, but this does not absolve the patients from their responsibilities towards the outstanding bill in the case where the medical aid does not provide authorization or even with authorization, no payment is made due to limited or depleted funds.
